CRM Software Cost: What Will You Actually Pay?
The headline monthly price is only one part of CRM total cost.
Build a realistic CRM cost model
Estimate your expected number of paid users, required edition, billing term, onboarding or implementation, add-ons, automation limits, AI or usage credits, integrations and support. Then repeat the calculation for the team size you expect in 12–24 months.
Why entry prices can mislead
HubSpot currently has free tools and paid per-seat plans, with onboarding fees on some higher tiers. Pipedrive uses tiered subscriptions with optional add-ons and top-ups. Zoho CRM has free and paid editions. Salesforce Australia currently lists Free Suite at AU$0, Starter Suite at AU$35/user/month and Pro Suite at AU$140/user/month, with higher tiers above that.
Include switching cost
Data cleanup, migration, retraining, workflow rebuilding and temporary productivity loss can make a later CRM change more expensive than the subscription comparison suggests.
Pricing structures checked 1 October 2026 against official HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Salesforce sources. Prices and packaging can change.
How SAVKAAS approaches this decision
We compare products by workflow fit, required features, ease of adoption, integrations and total cost rather than treating one product as universally best. Plans and capabilities change, so verify material details with the provider before purchasing.
