Pipedrive Pricing Australia (2026): Plans, Costs & Which One Do You Need?

A practical Australian buyer's guide to Pipedrive's current Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate plans, seat-based costs, add-ons and free trial.

Pipedrive pricing at a glance

Pipedrive currently offers four plans: Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. On Pipedrive's public annual-billing view, the list prices checked on 3 October 2026 were US$14, US$39, US$59 and US$79 per seat per month respectively. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. Pipedrive says annual billing can save up to 42% compared with monthly billing.

Australian billing note: Pipedrive states that accounts with an Australian billing location are charged in AUD. The public pricing page we checked displayed USD list prices, so do not treat a simple USD-to-AUD conversion as your final Australian invoice. Confirm the live AUD amount shown for your account before purchasing.

What do 1, 3, 5 or 10 seats cost?

The examples below use Pipedrive's public USD annual-billing list prices only. They are useful for seeing how seat count scales, but they are not quoted Australian invoice amounts.

Which Pipedrive plan might make sense?

Lite: start here for core pipeline management

Lite covers the essentials of organising leads, deals, contacts and pipelines. It can be the logical starting point when you mainly want visibility over the sales process and do not need Pipedrive's built-in email sync or workflow automation.

Growth: the important jump for email and automation

Growth is the first current plan with full email sync and automations. It also adds nurturing sequences, subscription/instalment tracking, forecast reports, a meeting scheduler and contact timelines. For a sales team that expects the CRM to reduce manual follow-up, this is an important dividing line.

Premium: broader lead-to-close tooling

Premium adds LeadBooster, lead generation and routing, custom scoring and company-data enrichment, AI-powered multi-email tools, contracts and e-signatures, plus stronger team/report/data-field customisation. Pipedrive also includes Projects and Smart Docs on Premium and Ultimate.

Ultimate: controls and support for more demanding environments

Ultimate builds on Premium with stronger account-security controls, additional contact enrichment, sandbox testing, extended phone-support hours and selected partner discounts. Compare those additions against the price difference rather than upgrading solely because it is the top tier.

Add-ons can change the real cost

Your subscription can extend beyond the base seat price. Pipedrive says LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs are paid add-ons on Lite and Growth but included on Premium and Ultimate. Campaigns and Web Visitors remain separate add-ons across the current plans.

Pipedrive also offers top-ups for certain usage limits. That means the cheapest base plan is not automatically the lowest-cost configuration for every workflow.

Watch unused seats

Pipedrive bills according to the number of seats in the account. You can have fewer active users than seats and still be charged for those seats, so remove unused seats when they are no longer required.

Does Pipedrive have a free plan?

Pipedrive's current public pricing page promotes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The current four-plan structure does not list an ongoing free CRM plan. If a permanently free CRM is important, compare alternatives before committing.

Australian buyer checklist

Before paying, confirm the AUD amount shown for your billing location, whether you are choosing monthly or annual billing, the exact number of seats, which features require Growth or above, whether you need paid add-ons, and any applicable taxes. Then compare the total configuration rather than just the headline per-seat price.

Frequently asked questions

What are Pipedrive's current plan names?

Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Older plan names such as Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise belong to Pipedrive's previous packaging.

Is Pipedrive billed per user?

Pipedrive describes billing in terms of seats. An active or invited user takes a seat, but an empty seat can also remain billable until it is removed.

When do email sync and automation start?

On the current plan structure, email sync and automations are available from Growth upward.

Are LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs included?

They are included on Premium and Ultimate. On Lite and Growth they can be purchased as add-ons.

Will an Australian business pay the USD prices shown here?

Pipedrive says the invoice currency for an Australian billing location is AUD. The USD figures on this page are the public annual-billing list prices we observed and are included for plan comparison, not as an Australian quote.

How SAVKAAS approaches this decision

We compare products by workflow fit, required features, ease of adoption, integrations and total cost rather than treating one product as universally best. Plans and capabilities change, so verify material details with the provider before purchasing.
